Position Summary The Program Director provides onsite leadership and oversight for the COMPASS program, ensuring full compliance with program standards and the delivery of high-quality services. This role is responsible for overall program implementation, staff management, and adherence to all operational and safety requirements. The Program Director serves as the primary onsite authority during all program hours and works closely with Phipps Neighborhoods and school leadership to ensure service provisions align with program goals and outcomes.
