This position provides advanced case management services, clinical support, crisis intervention, workforce coaching, and staff supervision while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed, participant-centered services. The Senior Case Manager oversees participant service plans, monitors program compliance and performance metrics, supports staff development, and collaborates across departments to achieve contract goals and participant outcomes.
