About this role
We are looking for an experienced Superintendent for our new site in Sunnyside, Queens The Superintendent performs basic electrical, plumbing, mechanical, heating, and air-conditioning work, as well as some carpentry work. The Superintendent will also assist other Superintendents as needed with the other Buildings at the site and must be able to respond to emergency calls at night. A rent-free apartment is provided in connection with the requirement to be on call for emergencies.
