About this role
Phipps Houses has a new Far Rockaway affordable housing development. The Site will total 1700 units when all phases are completed. We are looking for an experienced, energetic Property Manager to lead the day-to-day management of this site. Applicants must have experience in affordable housing assets (3 years or more) along with managing a team of direct reports.
