About this role
The Human Resources Business Partner supports human resources, employee relations, and recruiting functions for the Padagis distribution center with approximately 60 employees. This role partners closely with operations leadership to support hourly and salaried employees, maintain compliance in a regulated environment, and promote a positive and productive workplace culture.
