About this role
The ECM Clinical Consultant provides coordination and oversight through on-going collaboration with other Penny Lane programs, outside community organizations, and regulatory agencies. The ECM Clinical Consultant ensures that the care provided is consistent with the Penny Lane philosophy and meets the current standards for quality of care, medical necessity and outcome measurement as defined by the contracted Managed Care Plans and the Joint Commission. This individual is an innovative leader with strong program development skills with a background in community-based programming.
