About this role
Penn-Mar is looking for Residential Supervisors to support individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (IDD) in our residential group homes. Job duties include overseeing the operation of the home, staffing needs, doctor's appointments, medical support, transportation, household duties, and personal care. Applicant must be an organized, reliable self-starter and able to handle emergency situations. Must be willing to provide personal care and assist in positive behavioral modification techniques.
