About this role
The Area Sales Coordinator provides critical administrative and operational support to the hotel’s sales department. This role ensures seamless execution of events, group bookings, and client communications by handling event detailing, preparing Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and group resumes, coordinating rooming lists, managing wedding and meeting space blocks, and responding to reservation requests. The Area Sales Coordinator will serve as the on-site liaison for clients during events, ensuring all details are executed to the highest standard while supporting revenue growth and guest satisfaction.
