$1 Shift Differential * Stand on a conveyor line and make the cut removing all meat from the leg bone. * Pick up a whole leg and place on moving shackle * Physically inspect products for both natural occurring and processing defects. * Standing 100% of the workday. * Constantly gripping knife. * Performing repetitive motion. * Work in constant damp, cool (less than 45 degrees F) environment.
