About this role
As a member of our hospitality team, the primary responsibility of a Buffett Attendant is to maintain the buffet by transporting hot and cold food items from the kitchen to the buffet line, ensuring that the food pans are consistently filled, clean, and visually appealing during meal sessions. This role is essential for creating a positive and enjoyable dining experience for our guests by creating a positive first impression with a warm smile and addressing guests by name whenever possible. This role is also responsible for monitoring food temperature and removing any leftover items at the end of each session, while also thoroughly cleaning the buffet food line. Transports serving pans of hot and cold food items from the kitchen and expertly arranges them on the buffet line
