About this role
As a Gate Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for guests and visitors arriving at our resort. Your warm welcome and exceptional service will set the tone for their experience. This role is responsible for monitoring incoming traffic, ensuring only authorized vehicles gain access, and providing helpful information and directions. By maintaining a secure and welcoming entrance, you contribute to an atmosphere of hospitality and safety for all guests, members, and visitors. This is an independent position, as you will be working on your own at the front gate. Communication with property staff and departments will be handled via radio, including announcing guest check-ins as they arrive.
