About this role
The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for ensuring customers achieve maximum value from Energy Toolbase’s SaaS platforms, including Developer, Controller, and Monitor. This role supports customers throughout their entire lifecycle—from onboarding and adoption through renewal and expansion—while reducing churn risk and strengthening long term relationships. Energy Toolbase is hiring two Customer Success Managers under this role: one supporting our SMB customer segment and one supporting our Enterprise customer segment. While the core responsibilities are shared, the scope, account complexity, and engagement model vary by segment.
