About this role
The Level 2 Network Engineer is an intermediate-level role responsible for supporting and maintaining day-to-day network operations across corporate, retail, and cloud environments. This position focuses on resolving escalated incidents, performing advanced troubleshooting, and independently executing network deployments and change activities. The role supports connectivity, stability, availability, and performance across Paradies Lagardère’s infrastructure while following established standards, escalation paths, and change control processes. The Level 2 Network Engineer also serves as a technical resource for mentoring Level 1 engineers and improving operational documentation and monitoring.
