This position will be responsible for executing the Chick fil-A brand standards as designed, taking ownership of the restaurant, and providing leadership to the team. He / She will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service through the selection, development, and motivation of associates and by managing the daily operations of a restaurant to optimize profits.
