About this role
We are seeking a dedicated HR Associate to support key Human Resources and recruiting functions within our Dining Operations. This position plays a critical role in staffing, onboarding, associate engagement, retention, and HR support across multiple concepts. The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment while handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion. While this role will initially focus on supporting staffing and operational priorities within Chick-fil-A locations, it will provide support across the broader business as operational needs evolve. A minimum of one year of Human Resources, Recruiting, or Operations leadership experience is preferred. Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
