POSITION TITLE: Front of House Team Member EMPLOYMENT CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt POSITION REPORTS TO: General Manager DEPARTMENT: Dining Division Position Summary At Chick-fil-A DFW Airport, we seek friendly, dependable team members who enjoy serving guests in a fast-paced environment. Team members gain valuable customer service, teamwork, and leadership experience while working with a supportive team. Candidates should have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, teamwork skills, and the ability to multitask while delivering excellent guest service. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, able to work weekends and holidays, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 65 pounds. Experience is preferred but not required.
