You’ll be at the heart of our operation — leading people, improving processes, and ensuring our customers receive the outstanding service they expect. What you’ll be doing Operational Leadership
• Lead the day‑to‑day running of warehouse activities including picking, receiving, stock accuracy, reworks, labelling, production and assembly.
Performance & Continuous Improvement
• Monitor team and individual KPIs such as pick accuracy, stock accuracy, throughput and on‑time despatch.
Health & Safety
• Conduct regular H&S inspections, equipment checks and ensure all staff follow safety procedures.
People Leadership
• Recruit, onboard and train new team members, ensuring they feel supported from day one.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

• Someone who understands the importance of accuracy, efficiency and customer experience.
• Health & Safety awareness (IOSH or similar is a bonus, but not essential).
