Parable Hospitality is looking for a Vice President of Food & Beverage to join the team! The VP of Food & Beverage is responsible for providing oversight, leadership and support for Food & Beverage strategies and activities across all F&B Venues. Additionally, the VP of F&B will provide support to other ancillary revenue departments including but not limited to spa, retail, and other non-room revenue departments. This position partners with both the corporate & property teams with the primary goal of achieving desired food & beverage metrics thru proactive market research, trends analysis, development of key initiative to drive elevated results & demonstrate concepts that may be applicable to our organization.
