The VP, Treasury Operations Onboarding Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, oversight, and execution of the Bank’s Treasury Management Operations (TMO) department. This role manages multiple Treasury Services functions and leaders, ensuring operational excellence, strong risk controls, regulatory compliance, and high-quality client experience. The Manager leads teams responsible for Investment Sweep Accounts, ACH Origination, Business Online Banking onboarding, maintenance and support, automated sweeps, tier 2 support for Treasury Management Services team and hands other integrations (i.e. Secure File Transfer Protocol). This position is responsible for audit readiness, management reporting, and continuous process improvement.
