About this role
We’re looking for an Innovation Development & Commercialization Manager in San Antonio to help bring the next generation of Pabst products to life. This role sits at the intersection of innovation, operations, quality, and commercialization; helping turn new product ideas into scalable, high-quality products that show up successfully in-market. From pilot production to full-scale manufacturing, you’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to move projects from concept to reality. We’re looking for someone who’s collaborative, technically minded, highly organized, and excited by the challenge of building and improving products in a fast-moving beverage environment.
