Astra Wellness is seeking a Clinical Practice Manager. The Clinical Practice Manager is responsible for the overall business and administrative management of boutique behavioral health private practice while also providing some direct clinical services. This position provides operational leadership, overseas financial and revenue cycle functions, ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, manages support staff, and carries an active clinical caseload as a licensed provider. The Clinical Practice Manager works closely with the practice owner(s) and treatment team to ensure delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining efficient and sustainable operations.
