About this role
The Patient Services Representative is responsible for enhancing the patient’s overall experience during their visit. The Representative will work directly with patients to assist with the admission and check-in process, review insurance eligibility and financial responsibilities, and schedule appointments. The Representative will be responsible for collecting any patient co-pays or outstanding balances. The Representative will also need to complete other tasks that contribute to the day-to-day functions of the office. The Representative MUST be bilingual!
