About this role:
Based in our Madrid office and reporting to the National H&S Specialist, we are recruiting a Superior Health & Safety Technician (Técnico Superior en PRL) who will play a vital part in helping the H&S department to ensure legal compliance, implementing and maintaining the safety framework at National level.
These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
• Incident and Accident Investigation. • Preparation of weekly reports to analyze accidents that occurred during shifts. • Ensuring daily metrics regarding training, medical examination, PPE, documentation, etc., are met. • Perform risk assessments when necessary. • Coordination of Business Activities (CAE). • Planification of preventative Activities. • Support other colleagues or departments in order to resolve doubts or problems that may arise in regards to H&S.
What will you bring to the table?
• Relevant experience in similar H&S roles • Be in possession of degree of Health & Safety Technician • IT skills (such as google sheet or microsoft excel) • B2+ English level is a plus • Availability to travel Nationally if necessary (sporadically) • Able to work independently as well as aligned with the H&S Specialist • Methodical, Proactive and well-organized
