The New Restaurant Opener & Customer Experience Ambassador is a customer experience master who is responsible for teaching the OzFive Core Values in restaurants. The New Restaurant Opener is responsible for supporting the planning, preparation, and execution of new restaurant openings. This role assists with operational setup, training implementation, opening readiness activities, and post-opening support to ensure new locations are launched in accordance with company standards, policies, and procedures. Working closely with Operations, Training, and Restaurant Leadership teams, the New Restaurant Opener provides hands-on support throughout the opening process, helping to ensure operational consistency, team readiness, and a successful transition to ongoing restaurant op
