About this role
A two-month professional development opportunity for early-career technical solution-minded people at a regional theatre. Experience technical rehearsals at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival's repertory through to the opening of 4 shows during the 2027 season. Assist managers supervising the Stage Operations department, ensuring that all changeovers and performances are completed successfully. Work with IATSE local 154 crewmembers and managers on problem-solving and generating creative solutions to technical problems on a variety of shows and interface with OSF's broader learning and engagement programming.
