About this role
This position will be responsible for leading a team that maintains the building facilities, amenities, and common areas of the resort and associated utility infrastructures. Team members include various maintenance technician positions. This individual will participate in the hiring, training, evaluation, and supervision of all Common Area facilities personnel. Additional responsibilities include ongoing training, coaching, and counseling. This individual will ensure the staff’s commitment to maintaining service expectations through observation, communication, and recognition. This position will serve as a role model, develop talent, and provide staff support in handling complex situations.
