About this role
This position is responsible for assisting owners and guests with their luggage during arrival, departure, and upon request, including room moves. The individual will work closely with the Front Desk team to ensure a seamless check-in experience and contribute to the overall satisfaction of our owners and guests. They must be able to address any questions, concerns, or requests that may arise throughout the guest’s stay.
