The Resort Services Supervisor position at the Front Desk/Guest Services Department is responsible for the supervision, administration and support of the Rooms Control and Pre-Arrival Agents. This position operates with direct supervision by department leadership. This individual will participate in the hiring, training, evaluation, and supervision of all personnel. Additional responsibilities include ongoing training, coaching, and counseling. This individual will ensure the staff’s commitment to maintaining service expectations through observation, communication, and recognition.
