About this role
The Activities Manager is responsible for bringing the brand promise to life in all the Resort Activities & Entertainment venues. This extends to assisting with Activities/Entertainment programming for resort amenities and outlets. The role serves as a guest advocate and key advisor to the Guest Engagement Director and leads the operation of Resort Activities in conjunction with the Activities Assistant Manager and department heads. The ideal candidate would have a very creative, and organized mind set, with the ability to effectively problem solve, and demonstrate/execute programming effectively. Success is measured by onsite and post-stay guest survey responses, evaluating the quality of the amenity and engagement offerings, and a high focus on Guest engagement experiences and events.
