About this role
As an RN, you will provide specialized care to patients with complex mental illnesses by using the ReACT principles rooted from the recovery focused model of care, built upon compassion, inspiration and hope. The successful candidate will be a Registered Nurse with sound clinical knowledge in the area of mental health and addictions. Our clients are living with severe and persistent mental illness and are in need of tertiary specialty services. The nurse will work actively with our clients and families, our multidisciplinary team, referral sources and community partners to ensure a smooth transition to a successful recovery-oriented discharge.
