The Purpose of Your Role as a Manufacturing Product Estimator You’ll be responsible for building accurate, reliable pricing for manufactured products. This role focuses on modular mechanical systems like skids, racks, and packaged units, turning drawings and product definitions into real, executable costs. Your work helps the business compete in external markets while making sure what’s sold can actually be built in the shop. This is manufacturing-focused estimating, centered on materials, labor, and overhead rather than full project scope.
