This Summer Internship Programme offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience within an in-house legal team at MetaCompliance. As a leading cyber security and compliance organisation, MetaCompliance helps global businesses build strong security awareness cultures and manage risk effectively. During this programme, you will support a range of legal and governance activities, gaining valuable insight into how a fast-growing, technology-driven company operates while developing core legal and professional skills in a collaborative environment.
Here are some of the tasks you will be gain experience in this summer;
• Review, summarise, and flag key provisions across a range of commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, NDAs, and service agreements
• Support entity management tasks such as maintaining corporate records, preparing resolutions, and tracking compliance deadlines across group entities
• Provide general support to the legal team across a range of tasks and projects as needs arise
• Gain hands-on exposure to in-house legal operations in a fast-paced environment
