Transplant Coordinator II - RN (Critical Care/ICU/ER RN's Required!) @ ONE

The Procurement Transplant Coordinator (PTC-II) is the clinical professional responsible for all aspects of the Organ Procurement Process at a hospital within OneLegacy’s DSA and at a OneLegacy Recovery Center. The PTC-II’s responsibility begins with assisting hospitals to identify and report potential donor referrals and proceeds through the organ recovery procedure. The PTC-II is responsible for reinforcing and supporting all processes of donation as outlined in the UAGA (Uniform Anatomical Gift Act).
