About this role
The Director of Engineering is responsible for the technical leadership, architecture, and execution of the company’s technology platforms. You will lead the engineering organization, including software engineering, data engineering, and platform/infrastructure engineering. You will also ensure that technology systems are reliable, scalable, and aligned with the company’s long‑term strategy. This role partners closely with the VP of Technology and the Director of Technology to translate business priorities into well-designed technical solutions. This leader will play a critical role in modernizing the company’s technology stack, including the evolution of the ERP platform, integrations with third‑party systems, analytics infrastructure, and customer‑facing digital platforms.
