Ready to step into a leadership role?
We’re looking for a motivated, sales-driven and people-focused Assistant Store Manager to support the team at Merchant Northwest store. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to drive performance, coach the team, and deliver an outstanding in-store experience.

Here’s what’s on offer:
Role – Assistant Store Manager
• Rostered Hours: Sunday to Thursday
• Monday: 8:30am - 6pm
• Tuesday: 10am - 6pm
• Wednesday: 10am - 6pm
• Thursday: 11am - 6pm
• Sunday: 8:30am - 4:30pm
• Minimum Hours: 38 hours per week
• Hourly Rate: $27.00 + bonus potential !
What your day will look like:
• Running smooth, successful shifts and supporting day-to-day operations
• Coaching the team on product knowledge, service, and sales
• Driving store performance and motivating the team to hit targets
• Prioritising exceptional customer experiences
• Contributing to a positive, inclusive team culture
• Supporting with store presentation, visual merchandising, and stock
