About this role
The Account Specialist reports directly to the Inside Sales Manager or Lead and is responsible for account development and management. The Account Specialist is responsible for the creation of new sales opportunities and maximizing profit from existing accounts. This will be accomplished through daily customer interaction, campaign planning and execution (with the assistance of upper management) and individualized account analysis / planning. This position is responsible for conducting face-to-face communications with United Performance Metals' customers. This could require travel to customer facilities.
