About this role
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for maintaining, growing, and servicing primarily existing, and occasionally new, accounts in an assigned territory. This position responds to customer inquiries in a timely manner while treating customers courteously and discusses material and processing requirements with customers and suggests value-added options/solutions based upon customer requirements, including applicable types, grades, sizes, tolerances, processing possibilities, packaging and delivery.
