The Assistant Manager provides leadership and operational support to ensure the store consistently meets Get-n-Go expectations in the absence of the Store Manager. The Assistant Manager plays a key role in supporting daily operations, staffing, customer satisfaction, product quality, financial performance, and employee development. Assistant Managers typically work a 40-hour workweek, which may include 2–3 evening shifts per week, 2–3 weekends per month, early mornings, afternoons, evenings, holidays, and occasional overnight shifts to support staffing needs.
