Job Summary: This position represents Trinity Woods by providing exemplary customer service for members, visitors, and employees in a friendly and professional manner. The Concierge is primarily responsible for the operation of the Crestwood front desk/lobby area. Maintains attitudes and behaviors that demonstrate and uphold the Mission Statement of Trinity Woods (TW), supports the TW core values and shows an understanding of TW’s person-centered philosophy.
