The ideal candidate is a proactive, adaptable clinician who enjoys both hands-on care and collaborative teamwork — someone who wants to be part of a practice that delivers comprehensive care under one roof.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with orthopedic, sports, and post-surgical conditions.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based techniques.

• Collaborate closely with orthopedic surgeons, physician assistants, and athletic trainers to coordinate patient care.

• Educate patients on exercise, posture, and injury prevention to promote long-term wellness.

• Participate in multidisciplinary case reviews and contribute to continuous quality improvement.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the electronic health record.

• Support program development for onsite rehabilitation and community outreach.

Qualifications:

• Physical Therapy training (DPT or PT) from an accredited program.

• Active Maryland PT license (or eligibility for licensure).

• Strong background in orthopedics, manual therapy, and sports rehabilitation.

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.

• Enthusiasm for innovation, patient engagement, and professional growth.

• Experience in outpatient orthopedics or sports medicine preferred; new graduates with strong clinical rotations will be considered.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Full-time or part-time positions available.

• Flexible weekday schedule with potential for some Saturdays.

• Competitive base pay with productivity (wRVU) and performance incentives.

• Opportunities for leadership roles as the practice expands.

Benefits:

• Health, dental, and vision coverage.

• PTO and continuing education support.

• Modern, fully equipped therapy gym and integrated EMR.

• Collaborative, mission-driven culture with opportunities for growth.
