About this role
The CNC Programmer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing CNC machining programs to support the manufacture of Oil States products. This role ensures efficient, safe, and cost-effective machining operations through CNC programming, process optimization, tooling management, route card development, production support, and continuous improvement initiatives. The position collaborates closely with Production, Planning, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to achieve operational excellence, improve productivity, and maintain compliance with company quality and HSE standards.
