About this role
The Operations Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Operations Department to ensure the efficient and effective execution of daily operational activities. This role supports multiple operational areas, including CPD, Machine Shop, Offline Operations, and Subsea Operations, through timesheet administration, warehouse material reservations, procurement requests, overtime documentation, tagging and labeling activities, and general administrative coordination. The position plays a key role in maintaining accurate records, supporting operational workflows, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
