About this role
Summary The Sanitation Lead is responsible for supporting and assisting the Sanitation Supervisor in ensuring that O&H Danish Bakery production and equipment are functioning in an optimal capacity while meeting required safety and sanitation standards. The Sanitation Lead, with the support and guidance of the Sanitation Supervisor, will train, motivate, and ensure production and quality standards of team members individually and as a group, including leading by example.
