About this role
Under general direction of the Director of Interconnection, the Senior Interconnection Engineer plays a critical technical role in the full lifecycle of utility-scale solar and battery storage projects. Responsibilities include leading interconnection studies, performing advanced power flow modeling and transmission analysis, supporting application strategy, and coordinating with utilities and ISOs. The Senior Interconnection Engineer provides technical leadership across multiple projects and serves as a key resource during development, execution, and construction phases of the interconnection process.
