About this role
As Accounting Manager, you’ll own the accounting function for a portfolio of ambulatory surgery centers and play a central role in how the business runs. This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll lead month-end close, ensure financial statements are accurate and reliable, and maintain strong balance sheet controls. You’ll manage and mentor staff accountants while driving consistent, high-quality reporting across multiple entities. Beyond the day-to-day, you’ll help improve and standardize accounting processes as the organization continues to grow. You’ll work closely with operations and finance leaders, acting as a trusted partner who helps turn financial data into clear, actionable insight.
