About this role
The Regional Business Coach embodies and fosters all aspects of the Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) culture and core values, especially our goal to “Bring the Joy!”. The Regional Business Coach acts as a liaison between the Support Office and Bakery Owners. They deliver company objectives, regional goals, and foster regular communication between the Support Team and Bakery Owners. They serve as an influential coach and business consultant for their assigned group of Owners (and their Bakeries). By providing Bakery Owners with data-driven consultation, coaching, and support, they help drive operational excellence, Guest satisfaction, sales growth, and profitability.
