About this role
The Process Owner in the Fiberline department is responsible for driving safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing operations through coordination of outages, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role develops and coaches operating teams, ensures compliance with safety and operating standards, and strengthens training, SOPs, and troubleshooting capabilities. The Process Owner partners closely with maintenance and support functions to prioritize work, resolve process upsets, and meet quality, cost, and customer requirements.
