Nippon Dynawave Packaging Company (NDP) has an immediate opening for an Foreman to support its Longview, Washington Liquid Packaging manufacturing facility. The Longview Liquid Packaging facility produces market pulp and bleached paperboard used to make cartons and cups for liquids such as milk, juice, coffee and sake. The facility employs over 550 people and produces 260,000 metric tons of paperboard each year -- the equivalent of 6 billion liter-sized milk cartons. In a fast-paced environment like a paper mill, the supervisor is an integral part of the manufacturing process. They must be competent and comprehend complex operations. You should also be able to optimize day-to-day activities while minimizing the costs.
