About this role
This Marketing Associate position supports Upstream Marketing and plays a key role in advancing the Environment of Care (EoC) portfolio strategy at PDI Healthcare. This position supports the Director of Upstream Marketing in executing on new product development (NPD) initiatives, market research, and portfolio development — while also owning the operational and executional workstreams that keep complex product launches moving forward. This is a high-visibility role offering direct exposure to upstream marketing strategy, cross-functional product development teams, and the full product lifecycle. The right candidate will quickly develop ownership of discrete projects and grow into broader upstream marketing responsibilities over time.
