About this role
The Member Logistics & Advocacy Specialist (Guidance & Advocacy) is responsible for supporting member stability, readiness, and day-to-day logistical needs throughout New Freedom programming. This role ensures members’ clothing, hygiene, mail, room readiness, and essential resource needs are managed in a timely, organized, and trauma-informed manner while maintaining safety, documentation, and compliance standards. The Member Logistics & Advocacy Specialist functions as a key operational support within the Guidance & Advocacy department, working collaboratively with Mentorship, Operations, Facilities, and Supervisory staff to promote continuity of care and a supportive environment for members.
